The judge also upheld much of a 2010 Federal Trade Commission complaint against the Los Angeles based company. One ad in particular described Pom juice as an "antioxidant superpower" that guards against "agents that can cause heart disease, premature aging, and Alzheimer's."
Pom has been ordered to stop making any claims that its product is effective in the treatment or prevention of any disease.
