Sheriff's Deputies say the shooters hit 18-year-old Ivan Torres and another co-worker in the dairy's milk barn.
They have no idea what the motive may be, but they know the two victims didn't even know each other before last night.
The other victim is in the hospital.
The Torres case is the first murder investigation for Madera County Sheriffs this year.
