Two police officers say they saw a guy from Sacramento pounding another man with a bat and they told him to drop it. But he wouldn't drop it until they pulled out a gun and a taser.
Witnesses say the suspect hit the other man at least 15 times and knocked him unconscious.
The suspect says he was trying to get back $200 from the guy he was beating.
