The mother of the alleged victim told officers 49 year old Kimberley Gill yelled racist insults at her … then pulled a knife out and tried to remove the woman's two year old daughter from a stroller.
The mother screamed and scared the suspect away. Officers arrived a few minutes later and found Gill in an area nearby.
He was arrested on kidnapping, assault, and child cruelty charges.
