Forty year old /*Severo Medina Rivera*/ and his two assistants were handcuffed. Rivera was arrested for practicing without a license. But some of his patients say he was providing a service to the community.
Patients tell Action News, Rivera received dental training in Mexico. He's been released from jail on a ten-thousand dollar bond and is scheduled to be back in court later this month.
