Fresno Police say 38-year-old Anthony Delatorre died from his injuries Saturday.
Delatorre was found lying in the road near Klondike and San Pablo on April 11.
He was rushed to the hospital but because of his injuries he was not able to give authorities a description of the shooter.
Investigators do not have any suspects in the case.
