Local Big Brothers Big Sisters members beat the heat poolside

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A fun day in the sun brought a family feeling for hundreds of Central Valley kids.

Wild Water Adventures opened for the summer Saturday and filled up early with about 550 people in local Big Brothers Big Sisters programs.

With summer-like heat, the kids stayed cool in the wave pools, and they celebrated some of the year's top volunteers.
