FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Downtown Fresno community is rallying together to help keep a longtime restaurant in business after a setback.

The future of Tokyo Garden is up in the air after one of its owners was involved in a car accident a few weeks ago. Tommy Yoshioka has since been released since the accident, but he will not be able to go back to work.

His brother, and the other co-owner Toshi says he is still trying to figure out whether to keep the restaurant open.

In the meantime, supporters of the 60-year-old restaurant are hoping to get more people to visit as a way to support the owners.
