Final day to apply for 2016 Covered California coverage without late fee is Sunday

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Sunday is the last day to apply for 2016 health coverage through Covered California without a late fee.

Clinica Sierra Vista held a free event Saturday to help people get their paperwork started, and another event will take place Sunday at the office on Elm Street in southwest Fresno.

Certified enrollment counselors will provide free assistance with both Covered California and Medi-Cal applications.
