How to make an amazing appetizer display.

How to make an amazing appetizer display:

1. Cheeses: Variety of cheese, soft vs hard, mild vs Bold.

Examples: Trader Joe's Unexpected Cheddar, Stilton with dried apricots, Parmesan, Boursin Spread, Blue Cheese, Burrata

2. "Sweets"

Examples: Grapes, Figs, Dried apricots, dried cranberries, melon, strawberries, cherries, a small container of honey.

3. The Crunch:

Almonds, Pistachios, cashews, sugar snap peas, mini sweet peppers,

4. The extras:

Prosciutto, salami, mortadella, mixed olive.

5. The vehicle:

Variety of crackers, toast, baguette, cutting utensils, spoons.

Burrata Appetizer

- Fresh Burrata cheese

- 8 oz grape tomatoes

- Olive oil

- Salt flakes

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375.

2. Slice tomatoes in half lengthwise and place on baking tray. Cover with olive oil & sprinkle with salt. Roast for 15-20 minutes until juices are released.

3. In a small dish, slice Burrata cheese in the center and open it up. Scoop roasted tomatoes on top. Serve the remainder in a small jar. Drizzle olive oil & sprinkle with salt flakes.

Serve with toasted bread.
