On these cold rainy days, nothing is better than a warm meal at home.
Ingredients
3-4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup salsa
2 TB Buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup Honey (or 1 cup brown sugar)
2 cups pineapple
1 can black beans
2 cups corn
1 TB garlic powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
Directions
Add all ingredients to slow cooker, cook on low for 6 hours.
To prep in advance, combine all ingredients in Ziplock bag and freeze flat. For day of preparation, add frozen contents to slow cooker and cook on low for 7 hours.
Shred chicken.
Serve over a bowl of rice, with shredded lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, avocado.
