Fresno Police: Man saves daughter from drunk driver

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man is in critical condition after police say he pushed his daughter out of the way of a drunk driver who was speeding.

Investigators say the driver was driving 90-miles per hour near Jensen and Willow around 11 p.m. Sunday when he hit a car, and then a man who was walking across the intersection.

Officers say the man saw the driver and was able to push his daughter out of the way of the crash.

Moments later, investigators say the driver drove the truck into a nearby field where he got out and ran away.
