Police in Fresno investigate two separate shootings

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Fresno Police Department is investigating two separate shootings Thursday night.

First, in Southeast Fresno at Hamilton and 9th. A man in his 20s was found shot at that location. Police are not even sure what the circumstances of the shooting are at this time. The victim is in critical condition.

The other shooting was in Southwest Fresno at Geary and Fruit. Police believe this was a drive-by shooting where multiple shots were fired. A woman in her 60s and a man in his 20s were both shot. Both victims were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police are looking for a burgundy colored car that may have been involved.
