Jury convicts peeping Tom in Lindsay of indecent exposure and lewd acts

TULARE COUNTY (KFSN) -- On Friday, a jury convicted a man from Lindsay on one count of indecent exposure and one count of lewd acts in public-- both misdemeanors.

Jose Magana Ibarra, 32, was arrested back in September after he jumped over a person's fence and began engaging in lewd acts with himself while looking in the windows of the victim's home. The victim's home was equipped with video surveillance which recorded the entire incident.

Denise Ramirez has been losing sleep over the thought of someone looking into her home from the outside.

Sentencing is scheduled for March 2nd.
