Public outcry after fatal Fresno County DUI crash

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- There is a public outcry now that court documents reveal the man suspected of killing four people in a DUI crash has a history of drunk driving. Rien Ban is sitting in the Fresno County Jail facing murder charges.
