Using your own body as resistance, Rhonda has several exercises you can do at home with no weights.
The first is a lung position that you will hold, next add your arms up and make a fist to flex and squeeze all arm muscles -- then switch legs
Next go into squat position. Bring arms up and squeeze shoulders together. The harder you squeeze, the more the muscles will get worked.
