TULARE, Calif. (KFSN) -- A longtime and popular employee of the Walmart in Tulare is retiring, after 18 years on the job.

Roger Kelly says he first started as a 'May I help you?' employee in 1999, but his most recent job title was 'Happy to Help.'

Kelly, who was born with cerebral palsy, says Walmart gives people with disabilities a chance to work, whereas many other companies won't.

Many customers are his friends, and his unique laugh can be heard from just about anywhere in the store.

"I can't even go to any other store without people recognizing me from Walmart," Kelly said.

Kelly is moving to Idaho soon.

He says he will miss his co-workers, Walmart management, and customers.
