Teen crashes stolen car into ditch in Fresno County

FRESNO COUNTY (KFSN) -- A teenager is under arrest after crashing a stolen car into a Fresno County ditch. It happened just before seven Wednesday morning on Maple near Malaga.

Sheriff's deputies said the teen was trying to pass another car when he lost control, veered off the road, and landed in the waterway. He was taken into custody with minor injuries.

The car he was driving was reported stolen Tuesday.
