Crews battle haystack fire in Tulare County

TULARE COUNTY (KFSN) -- Approximately 250 tons of hay caught fire in Tulare County.

The haystack fire broke out at a dairy around midnight in the area of Avenue 192 and Road 152. The fire started under a metal shed sending huge flames and big plumes of smoke into the night sky.

No reports of any injuries at this time and fire crews do not have a cause for the blaze.

No word on when the fire will be put out.
