2 injured in shooting at Tulare County home

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Two men were injured in a drive-by shooting at a home near Pound Road and Avenue 377 in Tulare County.

Tulare County sheriff's detectives say the two were out in the front yard when a car with several people inside pulled up and opened fire.

Both suffered gunshot wounds to their abdomens and were taken to a local hospital. Their conditions aren't yet known.

"We're gonna try to get statements from our victims, and work the crime scene to locate evidence and get this thing processed," said Sgt. Brian Clower.

So far, deputies do not have any information on the suspects. They are now interviewing witnesses in the area to try and establish some leads.
