Valley Children's Hospital has updated its visiting policy as COVID-19 conditions continue to improve.

MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Valley Children's Hospital has updated its visiting policy as COVID-19 conditions continue to improve.

Now, two parents or caregivers are allowed to visit patients, including before surgery or in recovery.

These changes exclude patients who are COVID positive.

All patients and visitors will continue to be screened upon arrival and have their temperature checked.

Everyone is also required to wear a mask.
