Schuster Attorney Asking For Delay In Sentencing

KFSN Schuster is scheduled to appear before a judge for her punishment next week.

A Los Angeles County jury convicted the Clovis woman last month of murdering her husband, Tim Schuster.

The victim's body was found in 2003 floating in a barrel of acid.

Larissa Schuster's attorney requested the delay to investigate issues that will be used to ask for a new trial.

The judge is expected to grant the delay.

Schuster faces life in prison without the possibility of parole.
