Baseball is Back in Downtown Fresno

4/12/2008 Fresno, CA Something had to give; the Grizzlies came in trying to end a 3 game losing skid. Tucson had lost 7 in a row.

Pat Misch struck out 5 pitching into the 5th inning, but the thorn in the Grizzlies side was Tucson's Josh Witesell. He hit 2 homeruns off Misch and drove in 3 of the 4 runs Misch allowed.

But it was the Grizzlies five runs in the 9th that sent the fans home happy, with a 6 to 5 win.

The series continues through Monday, the homestand runs through the 18th.
