Kent Couch attached 165 helium balloons to his lawn chair and took off for Idaho Saturday morning.
The liftoff was shaky and he lost some of the balloons right away, but he's still up in the air for now.
The trip should take about 15 hours. He tried the same thing last year, but he had fewer balloons and he never made it out of Oregon.
