Pedestrian Killed on HYW 99 in Tulare

Fresno, CA, USA The CHP said a man in his late teens to early 20's was trying to cross the freeway at Prosperity Avenue and was hit by a grey or silver Lincoln SUV.

The driver didn't stop, but witnesses were able to give officers a description. They're asking anyone who sees a Lincoln SUV with front end damage to call the Highway Patrol.
