"Dream Team" Designers Move In

Fresno, CA, USA It's a race against the clock to get the home furnished and decorated, in time for the family's return on Thursday.

The house for the Riojas family is now the biggest on the block and the front is landscaped. The house will be painted a mustard-gold color to go with the Mediterranean design.

Inside it's all about making the home wheelchair accessible for Mary Ann Riojas. Like the laundry room: it's cabinets slide up instead of swinging out and the washer and dryer are custom-set lower for easier access.

Tuesday night crews installed a $10,000-dollar, state-of-the-art security system. A bullet camera will greet visitors. The system will record activity inside and outside the home and from any computer Mary Ann Riojas can log on and see what's going on in her house. Instead of having to use the keypad, Mary Ann will be able to use a remote control to arm and disarm her home.

Thursday, two lucky people will get the best view as the Riojas family sees their home for the very first time.

Our own Angelo Stalis picked the lucky winner during a free drawing last night. Beverly Green of Fresno and a guest will be on the bus when Ty Pennington orders them to move it.

DeYoung properties sponsored the event. Hundreds of people entered the drawing at various DeYoung Property sites.
