The autopsy of the eight-year-old has been completed, but authorities said results will not be available for up to eight weeks.
Officials are not discussing any preliminary findings. But say they feel extreme pressure to make an arrest in the case.
At a news conference Thursday morning, investigators say they are looking into all leads. Although police have not named any suspects, they say they have interviewed hundreds of people and served more than 15 search warrants since sandra disappeared on March 27. Police plan to hold another news conference at 3:30 Thursday afternoon.
