Deputies say more than 100 people were at the party when someone opened fire, hitting two kids under the age of 18.
Investigators say the party was organized partly through text messages.
This shooting near Kerman comes one week after one person was shot and killed outside a party at Central and Cherry Avenues - also in Fresno County. That party was organized by text messages and MySpace.
