Mixing the powder with water is equal to drinking two Red Bulls and three cups of coffee.
The maker says you must be 18 years old or older to buy it ... But critics say the product is currently sold online and doesn't enforce age restrictions or take precautions to prevent children from purchasing the product.
It has not been approved by the FDA.
