74 Year Old Sticker Tagger Arrested in LA

California News 74-year-old John Scott was arrested Friday morning. Deputies reportedly spotted him putting stickers on a stairwell at the downtown subway station in Los Angeles. He was putting up orange and black stickers that say, "Who is John Scott?"

Authorities say Scott runs a web site that sells baseball caps and other items displaying his message.
