The party's organizer says win or lose, she wants celebrities to have fun.
"I think the most important thing for me is when people walk in they feel grand, everyone's a winner, you know? When they come in here, it's about relaxing, having a glass of champagne," said Governor's Ball Producer Cheryl Cecchetto.
Partygoers can also expect fine cuisine from celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck. On his menu: Chicken Pot Pie with black truffles and Oscars in the shape of both salmon and chocolate.
