Anti-Police Graffiti Scrawled on Merced Police Hangout

FRESNO, Calif. The messages, painted in blue, were first noticed by an officer on Monday. They're painted on businesses, fences, and in alleyways ... and it's clear the artist has an issue with the Police Department.

One message was painted on a restaurant frequented by law enforcement officers. It said, "Go home pigs" ... but has since been painted over by the restaurant owner.

Action News saw eight messages in a three block area. Because the damage exceeds $450.00, the person responsible could face a felony.
