FRESNO, Calif. A San Joaquin County cattle salesman accused of stealing one and half million dollars from customers, will have to give back some of the money. Prosecutors say one of the victims is actor Kiefer Sutherland.

44-year-old Michael Wayne Carr pleaded guilty yesterday. He'll be sentenced November first. He faces as much as seven-years in prison and will be ordered to pay $956,000 to Sutherland and another investor.

Prosecutors say Carr had agreements to buy steers in Mexico for his customers and sell them for profit in the United States. But there's no record of Carr ever buying those steers.
