Fresno Police say /*Jose Calderon*/ was driving drunk at 100-miles an hour when he slammed into a motorcycle at McKinley and Blackstone earlier this month.
The crash killed /*Kenneth Klein*/. Klein's girlfriend, /*Jeri Perry*/, remains hospitalized in critical condition.
Calderon now faces charges of gross vehicular manslaughter, driving under the influence, and leaving the scene of an accident.
Klein was a drug and alcohol counselor and was helping people in a recovery program just hours before he was killed.
