The details will be revealed Friday morning a press conference in Northeast Fresno.
In a statement Joe Levy said three to four stores will open in early spring 2011. Levy says his company anticipates it will hire nearly 400 employees.
Earlier this year levy said he plans to open stores in Clovis, Oakhurst and Auburn.
58 stores closed last year when Gottschalks went bankrupt.
