That's up from the 33,000 they hired last year. The department store chain says it expects to hire about 35 seasonal employees per location.
Kohl's has eight stores in the Central Valley. The company says seasonal workers can work from a few hours to more than twenty hours per week. Hiring has already begun and most jobs will be filled by mid-November.
