SoCal Doctor says TV reporter suffered migraine not stroke

After Serene Branson's post-Grammy report on Sunday, many speculated she suffered from a stroke. But her doctor announced Thursday that was not the case. He received permission from the KCBS reporter to discuss her condition publicly.

Doctors say complex migraines can mimic symptoms of a stroke with weakness and difficulty speaking, in addition to a headache, and is often mistaken for a stroke.
