Charlie Sheen is suing Warner Brothers and the executive producer of "Two and a Half Men" for $100 Million.

The lawsuit was filed in a Santa Monica court. It alleges production was halted to punish Sheen. Warner Bros. Television had put the show on hiatus to allow Sheen time to seek therapy, then later halted production for the season.

This week, Sheen was then fired from "Two and a Half Men", leaving the show's future in doubt. The suit also was filed on behalf of the sitcom's crew, which was put out of work.
