Augustine Singh and Rafael Sandoval are accused of breaking into a home in the Beachwood area Wednesday and forcing a young man to the ground at gunpoint.
Deputies say the suspects stole a large amount of medicinal marijuana before taking off in a car.
The investigation quickly led to this home in Winton, where the SWAT team served a search warrant.
They arrested Sandoval there and found two guns and some stolen electronics.
Deputies arrested Singh after they say he left the home in a car with the stolen pot.
"Obviously you're dealing with a very dangerous set of people, so it's nice to have them off the street and it also might be a lesson someone else can take that is thinking about opening a dispensary that these are the kinds of things you're going to attract," Deputy Tom Mackenzie said.
Detectives are still searching for a third suspect in the home invasion.
