Action News has learned Kasey Kahl was taken into custody early Sunday morning.
Police say Kahl, who was a contestant on "The Bachelorette" and "Bachelor Pad", was taken into custody for being drunk and loud outside Club Habanos in Northwest Fresno.
He was released a few hours later. No charges have been filed at this time.
Kahl's publicist tells Action News he didn't do anything wrong, and was just having a boys' night out.
