Infant found at Bass Lake suffers head injures
Mark McMurrian, 33, is the focus of a Madera County Sheriff's investigation after deputies say his nearly nine-month-old baby crawled out of a car window and fell. The Sheriff's office say the baby will be okay and are now looking at the dad's criminal past as part of this investigation.
