Granville Homes unveils newest project in Downtown Fresno

FRESNO, Calif.

The $12 million project will include apartments, condos, and units where you can both live and work. The development spans an entire block and will be built around the former museum and a former theater building on Fulton Street. Darius Assemi, the president of Granville Homes, said Granville and its GV Urban division are committed to helping the revitalization efforts in Downtown Fresno. "The Assemi family has built and developed around 300 units in Downtown Fresno and we have another 200 units on the drawing board. Those are home to more than 500 people to date and we hope the museum block will bring an additional 150 people to Downtown Fresno," said Assemi.

Construction on the project is expected to begin in October.
