Authorities have identified him as 30-year-old Victor Rosas, a known gang member.Fresno policed believe Rosas is responsible for a shooting at an apartment complex at Ashlan and Marks Saturday night.
Investigators found 43-year-old Juan Jimenez shot to death in his red Toyota pickup truck.Authorities said just moments before the shooting the suspect was on foot.
They said he was chasing the victim from one end of the parking complex to the other. The driver was trying to get away in his truck but ended up being shot multiple times. He then crashed into a dumpster and died.
