The company went bankrupt more than a year ago sold off most of its popular products to other companies, but held on to its prized recipe. Now Hostess is back up and running under new owners and a leaner structure.
The company said it plans to have Twinkies and other snack cakes, like cupcakes and donettes back on store shelves starting July 15. Representatives said the items will taste the same. Hostess boxes will have a new tag line that says "the sweetest comeback in the history of ever."
