It happened on Friant Road near Willow. Deputies say around 5 a.m. they got a call regarding someone injured at a home there. When deputies arrived they found a 32-year-old man who lives at the home dead.
Investigators said residents who live there had a small gathering last night and sometime this morning a confrontation happened between a suspect and the victim. They said the victim sustained severe blunt force trauma to the head after a domestic disturbance.
The Fresno County Sheriff's Office has identified the suspect as 33-year-old Dustin Warren Baize of Tollhouse. Blaize has been booked into the Fresno County Jail on a singe charge of murder.
Investigators said they also found 15 pounds of processed marijuana at the residence.
