Kirkland's at Herndon and Clovis held its grand opening over the weekend. The store gave away a $250 gift card to one lucky customer. Free tote bags were also given to the first 50 people to make a purchase.
Kirkland's now has three Valley locations, and the store manager says it's off to a strong start.
"Really good foot traffic, quite a bit of business. Fresno is one of the top stores in the company and we're competing with them dollar for dollar right now," Kirklands store manager Chris Burke said.
The store offers plenty of seasonal items and the first Christmas items arrived Sunday night.
