Laketha Charis Moore is due Wednesday in Clark County District Court after a local judge ruled she should face trial on felony child neglect and kidnapping charges that could get her life in prison.
The 36-year-old single mother has been in jail since March, when apartment managers found the girl locked in a bedroom and called police.
Moore told investigators that she'd been leaving her daughter home alone for more than a month while she went to work on weekdays and to church on Sundays.
