An Action News viewer sent in a photo of the scene, which showed an ambulance and several law enforcement vehicles surrounding a body of water at the Greenhills Estates.
The Madera County Sheriff's Office mobile command post also responded, and witnesses say divers were searching the water on Saturday morning.
Police have not released any details about the victim.
