Four people were taken into custody on Friday after Porterville police found a marijuana grow at a home they've been investigating for drug sales.

The home is located on Beverly Street near Putnam Avenue. Police say the residents who live there were also all under the influence of a controlled substance and had drug paraphernalia in the home.

Anna Marie Reece, 50, Jose Fernando Juarez, 42, Sarah Sanchez, 32, and Alonzo Johnson, 38, were arrested. All four suspects were booked into the Tulare County Jail.

A 3-year-old in the home was turned over to Child Protective Services. Officers say in addition to the adults being high, harmful prescription medication was found dangerously close to the child.
