San Diego police guns and badges stolen during Los Angeles charity game

Guns and badges belonging to San Diego law enforcement officers were stolen during a charity football game in Boyle Heights.

The game at Salesian High School in Los Angeles was between the LAPD and law enforcement from San Diego on Saturday.

Investigators say someone broke into the locker room around 5:30 p.m. and stole a number of guns, badges and other objects. The items were taken from the San Diego team. No items were stolen from LAPD officers.
